Personality of the Month- Olutosin Oladosu Adebowale

When I started blogging, I did contact this strong woman, Olutosin Oladosu Adebowale, hoping to engage in her in a project. I was so impressed with her initiative but couldn't pull off the project because of financial constraint. This year, I found another interesting side of her and tried to get the world to read her story but alot keeps clouding it. Today, I no longer wish to deprive my readers the opportunity to know Olutosin's story. A story of victory and success, very inspiring and promotes the 16days campaign of theUnited Nations.

A New Edo Bride

Over the weekend, Ejiro- a colleague at the university and a friend- got married to the love of her life. I couldn't make the wedding because it was in Abuja and I haven't been feeling well for sometime now. When I saw pictures of her looks, I knew I had to share this with you.

Reflections: The Twelfth Month

My first picture on the blog. Photo Credit: Steve

I remember this day, two years ago, and how I started this blog with the sole intention of promoting developmental programs and inspiring people to look into investing in community works. It started out well and then I had a breach. Got inconsistent in publishing due to a number of things which were time consuming at the time. 2013 wasn't different either as I can't remember publishing as much.

My 90 days Healthy Hair Growth Schedule

Since I posted the 90 Days Healthy Hair Growth challenge, I had a couple of people show interest but complain that it may be a tedious ride. Like I told them, it is something that you need to do for the benefit of your hair. After the 90 days, you ca take a break and begin to follow only the basics. I have published my personal calendar for you to see and you can use it but if you have some personal hair challenges that you would like for me to research and make you a personal calendar, just let me know. I am always here to help. Remember to send me pictures of your protective styles for the album which I would be creating and distributing on the 28th of February at our workout session. So, check out my calendar.

The 90 Days Healthy Hair Growth Challenge (HHGC)

Congratulations to all those who have joined the #orangeurhood campaign. This is a fight that we all must get involved in so that we can have a world free of violence for all. I just got the news of the verdict on the cop accused of killing Mike Brown, the American teenager. A lot of people have shown their grievances over social media and I wish it can extend to the physical. e do not need all this violence and discrimination.

Guerlain is a French luxury brand that has been in existence for centuries. A number of Nigerians seem to know them for their fragrance and do not realize that they actually have some of the best makeup items which are reflected in the post published by the runner up of the ideal man, Oyindamola. How To Wear Your Bolwin Lipstick

Bolwin cosmetics is an indigenous brand that transcends the local borders and has become international. I say this because it is the product of a Nigerian, Wunmi Bolade, but she resides in the United Kingdom and has been able to get some patronage from the residents there.
