My 90 days Healthy Hair Growth Schedule



Since I posted the 90 Days Healthy Hair Growth challenge, I had a couple of people show interest but complain that it may be a tedious ride. Like I told them, it is something that you need to do for the benefit of your hair. After the 90 days, you ca take a break and begin to follow only the basics. I have published my personal calendar for you to see and you can use it but if you have some personal hair challenges that you would like for me to research and make you a personal calendar, just let me know. I am always here to help. Remember to send me pictures of your protective styles for the album which I would be creating and distributing on the 28th of February at our workout session. Notes
*      Cleanse with Tresemme shampoo
*      Deep condition with Natures Gentle Touch cholesterol
*      Hot oil treatment with coconut oil, grapeseed oil, avocado oil, tea tree oil
*      Moisturise with Giovanni leave in conditioner
*      Seal with kinky apothecary whipped butter
*  Massage scalp daily with Braids and Weaves S.O.S. hairline by dark and lovely
*      Dry cleanse with braids and weaves scalp wash and hair refresher by dark and lovely
*      Massage scalp 3-5 minutes daily
*  soak extension with apple cider vinegar and warm water for 30 minutes before use (optional)
*      mix the fruits as you wish
*      incorporate foods that aid hair growth

    1. Lol! You need to be consistent to achieve great results. Start with 30days then. When do you want to star, let me make 30days schedule for you

    1. Cool then. Will send you a schedule but for tomorrow, try to cleanse your hair, do a deep condition, hot oil treatment, trim split ends, moisturize with a water based product like Giovanni leave in conditioner, seal ends with oil or preferably, a utter cream like the Kinky apothecary whipped butter and I think Midas natural has one. Snce you do not intend to do 30 days at a stretch now, you can make twist which you can carry for 21days. The twist can be without extension- just you hair. Or pick a protective style that you feel relaxed in and won't need to manipulate because you need your hand out of your hair as soon as possible

  4. My hair journey would experience a new turn. I am so loving the feel of my hair. I planned to do a PS over the weekend but could not. I sealed moisture by using my shea mix,olive oil and mayo. Placed in a cap through the night,rinsed it this morning and twisted out.
