The corner office is the the boss's position and it is the ultimate position where everyone strives to be eventually. In the past, it was almost impossible for women to have such positions. Thanks to modernization and international policies, a few women have been able to attain that corner office. The question is, how have they been able to achieve that? Did they get there by playing it safe or did they choose to beat all odds, go against the norms and grab it? Do nice girls get the corner office?

Nice girls do get the corner offices as much as they play to the rules. Being nice doesn't mean you won't be firm with decisions that would certainly move the organisation. Be nice but play fierce when some random office individuals want to outstep themselves.
